João Nuno Barros, partner of BMFS | Porto Law, will participate, next 6 July 2020, on the event “1.º Encontro de Investigadores do Projeto “Economia Colaborativa””, organized by JUsGov – Centro de Investigação em Justiça e Governação and Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho, in which he will present, in co-authorship, a case study related to the intersection between the guiding principles of collaborative economy phenomena and some of the family and parafamiliar relationships established in Portuguese legislation.
